Charis EdSolutions is a Christ-centred, nonprofit educational innovation organisation committed to centralising Jesus Christ within the educational system through ethical technological solutions and institutional reform. Founded in April 2025 and headquartered in Nigeria, she serves universities, colleges, research institutes, non-governmental organisations and underserved learning communities across Africa and beyond.
We respond to a global challenge: educational institutions today are rapidly digitising, yet many lack the moral grounding, governance discipline, and stewardship structures required to sustain meaningful transformation. Innovation often advances faster than institutional integrity, and underserved communities bear the greatest burden of this imbalance. Charis EdSolutions addresses this systemic gap.
Charis EdSolutions views a world where Jesus Christ is centralised in the educational system with evidence of ethical technological solutions and sustainable institutional reform.
Educational systems are undergoing rapid technological expansion without corresponding ethical grounding, value-driven reform and institutional stewardship. Digital tools are deployed but not always stewarded. Innovation advances faster than moral and governance structures can sustain it.
Underserved communities suffer most from this imbalance, facing limited access to quality digital infrastructure, poorly implemented solutions, and weak institutional frameworks. There is a widening gap between technological capability and Christ-centred educational purpose. Charis EdSolutions addresses this systemic misalignment.
One day, the underserved will enjoy ethical tech solutions to educational problems.
Charis EdSolutions develops and deploys ethical digital solutions to educational challenges (especially within underserved populations), strengthens institutional governance, and equips stakeholders for responsible innovation through structured, value-aligned transformation models, under God.
Charis EdSolutions thrives on the culture of compassion, homeliness, action, responsibility, integrity, and stewardship.
We seek to understand and share others’ unpalatable educational conditions and are willing to help alleviate them. (Matthew 9:36)
We create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for team members and clients, making them feel a sense of belonging and live with unpretentious simplicity. (John 1:14)
We take deliberate and intentional steps to solve technical and ethical educational problems proactively. (Romans 8:15, MSG)
We are answerable for our decisions, actions and consequences, seeking to meet up with standards and following through on commitments. (Galatians 6:4-5)
We seek to always be whole, true to our values, without hypocrisy or contradiction between our thoughts, words, and actions. (1 Thessalonians 5:23)
We live with the understanding that God puts His resources at our custody for efficient and sustainable utilization. (1 Corinthians 4:1-2)
At Charis EdSolutions, we do not pursue activity for its own sake. We operate from a conviction: technological reform without moral anchoring cannot produce lasting transformation.
As we invest in faith-driven leadership, disciplined volunteers, research capacity, strategic partnerships and responsible technology systems...
...and we implement structured development and deployment of digital resources, training programmes, analytics integration and system audits...
...we will produce operational digital systems, trained stakeholders, institutional policies, and measurable performance indicators...
...leading to improved educational access, ethical digital environments, strengthened governance, and enhanced learning outcomes...
...resulting in Christ-centred, value-aligned educational ecosystems that serve underserved communities with integrity and long-term stability.
Charis EdSolutions operates under a layered governance architecture designed to ensure mission fidelity, strategic discipline, operational excellence, and institutional accountability.
The organisation separates governance oversight from operational management, allowing strategy, ethical stewardship, and programme execution to function with clarity and institutional integrity.
