Our Impact Framework

At Charis EdSolutions, success is not defined by the volume of projects executed, the visibility of programmes launched, or the scale of engagements recorded. Our standard of success is faithfulness to our core values under God.

How We Evaluate Our Work

We evaluate our work not merely by outputs, but by the deeper transformation within institutions.

Institutional Integrity

Ensuring transparency and ethical standards are reflected in all institutional systems.

The Charis Standard

Our Ethical Framework

Ethics is not an accessory to our work; it is the boundary within which all innovation must operate. Our commitments are rooted in Biblical principles as contained in our core values.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We safeguard institutional and personal data. Access, storage, and usage are governed by strict privacy and security standards.

Safeguarding & Non-Exploitation

We protect vulnerable populations from harm or exploitation. Institutional reform must never disadvantage those it claims to serve.

Accountability in Finances

All resources are managed with transparency and documented stewardship. We reject financial opacity and misappropriation.

Responsible Technology Use

We ensure digital tools and AI are deployed transparently. Technology must strengthen institutions, not undermine moral clarity.

Integrity to Values

We do not compromise foundational convictions for visibility or convenience. All programs must align with our Christ-centred identity.

Settling Conflict of Interest

Leaders and partners must disclose potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves where impartiality may be compromised.

Our Partnership Framework

We do not pursue partnerships for scale alone; we pursue collaborations that strengthen institutional transformation based on value alignment and mutual accountability.

Value Alignment

Partnerships must respect and not undermine our Christ-centred foundation and core values.

Strategic Complementarity

Partners must bring expertise or reach that complements our mission and strengthens impact.

Defined Scope & Accountability

All operations under written agreements outlining roles, deliverables, and evaluation mechanisms.

Mutual Benefit with Integrity

Collaborations should create measurable value while maintaining consistency and transparency.

Sustainability Orientation

We prioritise collaborations that build long-term capacity rather than short-term visibility.

Our Success Story

Since its official launch in April 2025, Charis EdSolutions has steadily developed into a structured educational innovation organisation committed to advancing ethical technological solutions for education, particularly within underserved communities.

Shortly after its launch in April 2025, the organisation initiated VoluntLearn 1.0, a capacity-building initiative designed to cultivate young professionals who contribute to institutional projects while developing practical competence in educational technology. Through this programme, eight (8) VoluntLearners were certified for EdTech Proficiency in January 2026, marking the first cohort of trained participants under the Charis professional development model.

To foster continuous dialogue on educational innovation, Charis EdSolutions established the Charis EdTech Talk series, a platform for conversations on technology and educational transformation. Between April 2025 and January 2026, the organisation successfully hosted seven (7) editions of Charis EdTech Talk, engaging educators, technologists, and emerging professionals in discussions on responsible digital transformation in education.

Charis EdSolutions also expanded its institutional engagements through strategic collaborations and capacity-building initiatives. In November 2025, the organisation partnered with the Department of Consumer and Home Economics, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) to organise the Media Empowerment Confab (MEC) 1.0, through which 19 participants were certified for Media Proficiency in February 2026.

The organisation also secured important strategic collaborations. In October 2025, Charis EdSolutions partnered with the UNESCO-IFCD UNIOSUN Project to design and deliver a Virtual Proficiency Certificate Course on “Digitising Yoruba Oral Arts (DYOA).” In November 2025, the organisation collaborated with Davak Consulting to develop a contextualised Learning Management System (LMS) aimed at supporting institutional digital transformation.

Beyond programme development, Charis EdSolutions has also contributed to broader institutional conversations on technology and governance in higher education. In January 2026, the organisation’s Team Lead served as a Resource Person at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) Governing Council and Management Retreat, facilitating discussions on Building a Smart and Resilient Campus and contributing to conversations shaping the FUOYE 25-Year Strategic Plan (2026-2050).

Institutional consolidation continued in March 2026, when Charis EdSolutions secured a strategic partnership with Children-in-Science and Technology (CIST). During the same period, the organisation formally constituted its Board of Trustees and leadership structures, and ratified the Charis EdSolutions Institutional Blueprint, establishing the governance, ethical, and operational framework guiding its mission.

"These milestones achieved only through Charis (God’s Grace) during our first year of establishment are presented in the next infographic."
